Full Dress Tsunami

The Story:

The Tsunami debuted in 2020 and was Squid Industries’ first titanium balisong. Whether its the Japanese tanto live blade or trainer configuration, the Tsunami quickly became a staple in every competitive flipper’s arsenal. It required months of extensive research, trial and error, and dozens of iterations to create what we believe is the ideal flipping experience.

The Full Dress Tsunami is the absolute peak of craftsman ship produced by our team here at Squid Industries. Each unit is a meticulously hand polished through several stages of buffing followed by a challenging flame anodizing process. Since each handle is anodized individually, there may be minor differences of colors across all 4 pieces. Due to the high polished finish, oils from your hands can distort the color. You can restore the color by wiping the handles with isopropyl alcohol. We also recommend keeping your damascus blade lightly oiled to prevent rust.

The Tsunami is crafted by our skilled machinists on our state-of-the-art Okuma M560 CNC machines. They’re then assembled by our elite assembly team to ensure that each and every unit is finely tuned to perfection. The Tsunami is our pride and joy, and I hope that you love flipping it as much as we enjoy making it.

Product Details:

Every Tsunami is serialized and comes with an aluminum Certificate of Authenticity card for product verification. Each unit also comes with a beautiful jeweled texture on the inside of the handles, which creates a unique visual aesthetic during flipping. All versions of the Tsunami come with 6 weight pins (3 for each handle) and a complimentary stainless steel hardware kit.
