Madko Tanto

The Madko Tanto offers flippers an elevated platform by utilizing premium materials and build quality. While it shares some resemblance to its sibling line, the Mako Bottle Opener, the Madko is a completely new experience. 

The Madko is our first 6AL-4V channel titanium trainer. Unlike a sandwich handle design which uses two thinner slabs of metal combined together with hardware, a channel handle is machined from a single block of material. The benefits of the channel design is that it offers superior durability and handle tolerances. Apart from  aesthetics, we’ve added machined details to every side of the handles for improved grip and balance.

The Madko also comes equipped with a hardened stainless steel blade. It uses our signature precision-machined bushing system, used on all of our bushing models, for an optimized handle swing and near-zero handle tolerances. The spine is chamfered for added comfort and the mouth of the blade is a functional bottle opener.
